How do I register and get a hotel room for the ATD Convention & Expo?
The fastest, easiest way to register and secure housing is online through the convention web site. If you prefer, you may register by fax or mail by completing the combined Registration & Housing Form and fax it the attention of ATD Registration and Housing at 301-694-5124 or mail to: ATD Registration and Housing, c/o Experient, P.O. Box 4088, Frederick, MD, 21705. Beginning March 29, 2011, you will need to contact the Sheraton Phoenix downtown directly, should you have any changes to your hotel reservation, at 602-262-2500. The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown requires a credit card deposit. Should you cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to your arrival, the deposit charged to your credit card will be refunded by the hotel.

How long before my registration and hotel reservation are confirmed?
If you register online, your convention registration will be confirmed immediately by e-mail. If you register by fax or mail, it takes two weeks to process registrations. Everyone who registers for the convention will receive a confirmation from the ATD Registration and Housing office.
Do I really need to guarantee my hotel reservation at the time the reservation is made?
Yes. Your reservation will not be made if you do not provide a credit card to guarantee your reservation.
Can you hold rooms for me, knowing I will send in my registration form and fees later?
No. Hotel rooms are assigned at the same time that you complete your registration, whether it be online or via a faxed or mailed form. We do not hold rooms pending receipt of your forms and fees.
How can I get a receipt for my convention registration and hotel reservation?
Your confirmation letter is your convention registration receipt.
What happens if I lose my convention registration confirmation?
If you lose your convention confirmation, please call ATD Registration and Housing 1-800-974-3084 or e-mail tdc@experient.com and they will send you a new confirmation.
Can I pre-register all the way up to the convention?
Yes. New this year, you will be able to pre-register up to the date of the convention.
Can I bring my children to the Workshops and Exhibit?
Children under the age of 18 will not be allowed in the Workshops. Children over 18 must register for the Convention. If they would like to attend workshops, they will need to register as dealership manager. Children 18 and under can obtain a free badge and come into the exhibit hall during Expo hours and attend the Final Night Gala ONLY. Children under 18 cannot attend the workshops or group luncheons. Children must be accompanied by and under the strict supervision of a registered adult. Infants and toddlers must remain in a stroller at all times.

How do I register for the ATD Golf Tournament?
Tickets are the ATD Golf Tournament must be purchased during the registration process. Space is limited and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to register for the tournament is March 18, 2011. Tickets are non-refundable unless your entire registration is cancelled. Please note that ATD reserves the right to cancel the golf tournament and refund fees if minimum player amount is not met.
