Ticket Fee:  $125   (Fee includes:  greens fee, cart, gratuity, range balls, box lunch, beverages, reception and transportation)
Deadline to register is March 30, 2011.

Golf Club Rental:  $45 for rental clubs.  If you require rental clubs, you must complete a club rental and credit card authorization form and fax it to the Legacy Golf Resort.  They will need to know what type of clubs (Men’s Right/Left and Women’s Right/Left) you need so please be sure to include that information on the authorization form.  Note:  In order to have all the clubs staged on the course for a 1:15 p.m. start, attendees will need to authorize credit card payment in advance.  Charges will be run Monday morning.

NOTE:  Tickets are optional and must be purchased separately during the registration process.  Space is limited and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Optional tickets are non-refundable unless your entire convention registration is cancelled by March 18, 2011.  The Golf Tournament Director will have the responsibility of assigning the foursomes; individual requests for pairing will be considered by the director but cannot be guaranteed.

The Legacy Golf Resort

The Legacy is a World-Class Championship golf course designed by renowned architect Gary Panks.  It was named one of the "Top 10 Golf Courses To Play in Phoenix" by Golf Digest and is ranked amoung the top 100 courses nationally by Golf for Women magazine. The 280 acres that is now The Legacy Golf Resort was once a 7,500-acre ranch once owned by Dwight B. Heard at the turn of the century. The original three-grain silos, built in 1902, still remain along the 18th fairway and were once the tallest structures in Maricopa County. The golf resort is rich in heritage and history, the Legacy has taken great pride in preserving the remaining structures and monuments along its course - giving golfers an added opportunity to experience a taste of Arizona history and the Heard legacy.  The Sierra Vista House, which marks the 1st tee, was visited on occasion by Theodore Roosevelt and Pancho Villa in the early 1900`s. But while the history is honored, the 6,908 yard, par 71 the Legacy Golf course's lush green fairways, forgiving rough, well-placed hazards, and manicured greens offer a challenge for golfers of all skill levels. Indigenous grasses, flowers, shrubs and trees surround the rolling terrain. Its elevation provides exceptional views of Camelback Mountain, Squaw Peak and the downtown Phoenix skyline.
